April is approaching in the next week. Hopefully leaving the Beast from the East and all the horrible dull days behind, to a warm and sunny spring.

We have compiled a list of ‘What’s on in April’ this year. Liverpool is a bustling city with so much going on in the world of food, theatre, music etc. Even if you have not had the thought of visiting this fantastic city here is an insight of what’s happening in April to potentially change your mind.

Liverpool has so much to see from attractions and shows to historical features and art.

Chinas First Emperor and The Terracotta Warriors:

Date: 9 February 2018 - 28 October 2018

@ World Museum, William Brown Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 8EN

You may have heard about the famous Terracotta Warriors, if not…The terra-cotta army, as it is known, is part of an elaborate mausoleum created to accompany the first emperor of China into the afterlife, according to archaeologists. The exhibition has been moved from London to Liverpool for this year only. It’s generated a lot of attention across the country and especially locally, with people travelling across the country to visit. It coincides with the China Dream season (Feb-October) that Liverpool are celebrating this year (the year of the dog and the year of Chinese culture here in Liverpool!).
