A taste of Liverpool's events for 2018

It is exactly a decade ago that Liverpool was labelled ‘European Capital of Culture’ and ten years on, the growth of culture in our spectacular city is still booming. With a constant stream of new and exciting events the city feels more alive than ever before.

But don’t just take our word for it. The Guardian have had their say and they have listed Liverpool in the top 40 cities to visit on holiday…. in the world!

On the list, Liverpool sits amongst hugely popular cities like Amsterdam, Paris and New Orleans. It is no wonder either as 2018 is shaping up to be a massive year for Liverpool - which is sure to bring in plenty of Airbnb travellers. We have events such as the ‘Feast of Fire’ hitting us in March which will see St John’s Gardens turn into a magical land of fire, music and art. We are also honoured to be holding the first ‘Chinese Terracotta Warrior’ exhibition outside of London for 30 years which will showcase the breath-taking detail of the lifelike statues from nearly two millennia ago. Not to mention hosting Europe’s biggest free music festival, L.I.M.F (Liverpool International Music Festival) which organisers claim is going to be bigger and better than last year, a hard feat to accomplish considering over 100,000 Scousers flocked to Sefton Park in 2017.

Host So Simple is expecting record numbers of visitors to the city this year and we are confident our apartments are some of the the best the city has to offer. With luxurious ‘home from homes’ located all over the city centre - we are experts in the Airbnb management field in Liverpool and are looking forward to a prosperous 2018!
